Building in the open
In October I left my job as a localization project manager to work full-time on Yoisho, the Japanese language academy I run, and on the India–Japan work around it.
I also gave myself two months to learn to build software with AI agents, from zero. No dev team, no prior coding background. Just me, the agents, and a domain I couldn't resist.
This site is where that work goes.
What lives here
Tools. Small, useful things I build for myself first and then leave running for anyone. The first is e-Techo, a planner modelled on the Japanese 手帳.
Writing. Notes on what I learn: building with agents, running an education business in India, and the strange, rewarding corridor between India and Japan.
Why .wtf
Because most of building is the moment just before something works. I'd rather show that part too.
If something here is useful to you, or broken, write to me.
